- Iron on Medium Heat
- Iron Inside Out Only
- Steam Gently from a Distance (Avoid Direct Steam on Embroidery or Appliqué)

We recommend using a trusted professional dry cleaner experienced in handling structured and embellished garments.
Exchanges and Returns
All pieces are made-to-order and therefore cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
We request customers to review the size guide carefully and confirm measurements before placing an order.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof so we can review and resolve the issue appropriately.
When will I get my order?
All Sriya Alapati pieces are custom-made to order. Once your order is confirmed, production begins immediately.
Dispatch times:
Ready to wear pieces : dispatches in 2-3 weeks
Embroidered pieces: 3-5 weeks
After dispatch, delivery timelines may vary based on your location.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Kindly note that production timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or for highly detailed pieces. We recommend placing your order well in advance if required for a specific occasion.
