Do you offer customisations?
Yes, we offer customisations on selected designs. Depending on the style, we can modify colours, add sleeves, adjust appliqué details, and make other design changes where possible.
We also create fully custom outfits tailored to your preferences and requirements.

What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns. Incase of delivery of damaged products, we will replace the items as per our company policies.
When will I get my order?
All Sriya Alapati pieces are custom-made to order. Once your order is confirmed, production begins immediately.
Dispatch times:
Ready to wear pieces : dispatches in 2-3 weeks
Embroidered pieces: 3-5 weeks
After dispatch, delivery timelines may vary based on your location:
- Domestic (India): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Kindly note that production timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or for highly detailed pieces. We recommend placing your order well in advance if required for a specific occasion.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured entirely in India. We carefully select our manufacturing material to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you ship globally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the size of the order. Please note that duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are to be fulfilled by the customer.

Do you accept international payments?
International customers can browse and view prices in their local currency for convenience. However, all payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) at checkout.
