At Sriya Alapati, every piece is thoughtfully made to order, especially for you. Since our garments are created specifically for each customer, we do not maintain an inventory of finished products.

Returns & Exchanges

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or changes to orders due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason unrelated to an error on our part.

However, we will happily accept a return or exchange if:

• You receive a different product from the one you ordered.

• Your product arrives damaged or defective.

• There is a mistake on the part of Sriya Alapati in fulfilling your order.

In certain exceptional circumstances, store credit may be offered at the sole discretion of the Sriya Alapati team, depending on the specific reason for the return or exchange request and the circumstances of the order. Store credit is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Where a return or exchange is approved, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the issue. We will review the concern and confirm the appropriate resolution.
